Let $\theta ^{p,q}$ be the theta lift of $Sp(4,\R)$ from the trivial representation of $O(p,q)$, where $p+q$ is even. We compute the $(\gemg,K)$-cohomology of $\theta ^{p,q}$ by embedding them into certain degenerate principal series representations of $\Spr$.
